How to book an appointment

I am from Andhra Pradesh, so the appointment slots open at 7:30PM here.Now that PSKs have got timings separated by region booking an appointment has become really easy but the slots last for only 30 to 40 seconds.It is better to be at the end, that is the last page (Show Available Slots) 3 minutes prior to the opening of slots.Quickness really matters!

Getting an appointment is easier now

TCS has decided to lessen the traffic at 6:00 PM(the time appointment slots used to open at).Now the appointment slots open at 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM depending on the PSK.Here is the list

Getting an appointment slot

There are quite a number of applicants who are not able to get an appointment slot.With reference to the news on HINDU paper, agents are exploiting the situation and making cash out of it.An appointment slot costs nearly 500 to 1000 rs which is too high for middlemen. Here are a few tips how you can get an appointment by yourself.

1.The appointment slots open at 6:00 pm every day as per the PSK website.So be ready at 5:50 pm with your login id opened.

2.Use a considerably good (1 Mbps or greater) internet connection.

3.Any browser would do but booking an appointment on explorer or Mozilla will make the work easier (My experience).

4.Instead of refreshing the page it is advisable to close and open a fresh page and start over again.
